Loans are only issued in person at one of our brick and mortar retail branch locations. Loans will NEVER be issued online or by fax, phone or email.

AmeriCash Loans and its affiliates use email solely as a marketing tool to inform customers of current promotions or company happenings. Loans will never be issued online or by fax, phone or email. Note that we will never ask for you to respond to an email with personal information. Nor should you clink on any links provided in suspicious emails. If you receive an email that you believe to be fraudulent, or to verify the authenticity of an email offer, please contact us directly at 877.304.2274. If you have been contacted fraudulently by a different company claiming to be AmeriCash Loans or one of its affiliates, please report it to the proper law enforcement authorities by filing a complaint at www.ic3.gov.

Customers will occasionally need to provide private information over the phone to verify an existing account; however, customers are urged to exercise extreme caution when doing so. New customers will not need to provide private information, such as a social security or bank account number, to prequalify for a loan prior to visiting one of our branches. Loans will never be issued online or by fax, phone or email. If contacted by one of our customer service representatives regarding your account or a special offer, the call back number can be verified by contacting us at 877.304.2274, matching it to the number on top of your loan agreement, or on our website at www.americashloans.net.

VICTIMS OF FRAUD/IDENTITY THEFT
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud or identity theft, please contact us immediately at 877.304.2274. We also suggest that you immediately:

File a police report with your local authorities.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission by calling 877.IDTHEFT or visiting their website at www.consumer.gov/idtheft.
